Refund Policy

It is important to fully understand the refund policy before making a purchase. Refunds will only be provided under specific conditions:

Change of Mind:

• You are entitled to a 100% refund before our writers/editors begin working on your project.
• If you change your mind within the first hour after placing your order, you can request a full refund.
• If you request a refund after the first hour but before work begins, a 40% processing fee will apply.

Incompetent Delivery:

• Once the work is delivered, a refund may be requested if the product fails to meet the agreed-upon requirements. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will provide unlimited revisions to ensure that the product aligns with your expectations.
• If, after revisions, the work is still not up to the mark, we will process a refund based on mutual agreement, determining the percentage of refund.
• Reserve free pages for future use, which will be of equal value and can be utilized at any time.

Late Delivery:

• We value timely delivery; however, if we fail to deliver the product on time, a refund may be requested if, after at least three attempts to contact us, the delay is determined to be our fault.
• Refund Time Frame: Refund claims must be made within 120 days of delivery. Claims made after this time frame will not be entertained.

Refund Exemptions:

• Refunds will not be issued for minor issues like grammatical errors, typos, missing references, or word count discrepancies. If these errors occur, partial refunds or discounts for future purchases may be considered.
• No refund will be issued for delays caused by the client, such as delayed communication or feedback.
• No refund will be issued if the work does not meet your expectations based solely on subjective opinion.
